PARLACEN and International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace (IPTP) sign an MOU
The Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) and the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace (IPTP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the Republic of Malta with the aim of promoting cooperation between both parties and promoting a climate of freedom and tolerance in the world.
The agreement, which was held within the framework of the conference of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace (GCTP) and the presentation of the Global Tolerance Index that took place recently in Valletta, capital of that European nation, It was signed by the president and founder of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, Ahmed Bin Mohamed Al Jarwan, and the president of PARLACEN, representative of the Dominican Republic Silvia García Polanco.
The president of the House of Representatives of Malta, Angelo Farrugia, and the secretaries of the PARLACEN Board of Directors, the representative for El Salvador, Karina Sosa, and the representative for Guatemala, Mónica, participated as honorary witnesses in the signing of the agreement. Broncy.

Silvia García also referred to the issue of the Environment and Climate Change, “with which there is consequently a commitment to confront it.”
