The possible presence on this site of distinctive signs of ownership other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph is made without commercial purpose and with the authorization of their legitimate owners, always with due respect for their exclusive rights.

In the same sense, the domain names “” and “”, as well as all those that serve to directly access this website, are the exclusive property of the FICRT Foundation. The improper use of the same would be an infringement of the rights conferred by their registration and will be prosecuted by the means provided by law.

The FICRT Foundation, by itself or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Portal, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: images; sound; audio, video; software or texts; trademarks or logos; color combinations and graphic typology; structure and design; selection of materials used; computer programs necessary for its operation; computer codes; access and use; etc.). Thus, the ownership corresponds to the FICRT Foundation or its licensors.

Consequently, it is not allowed to remove, evade or manipulate the copyright notice and any other data identifying the rights of the FICRT Foundation or its owners incorporated into the contents, as well as technical protection devices, fingerprints or any information and/or identification mechanisms that may be found in the contents of the Portal.

In no case shall it be understood that the User’s access and/or browsing implies a waiver, transmission, authorization, license or total or partial transfer of said rights by the FICRT Foundation.

Therefore, the User agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the FICRT Foundation so that the Portal and the contents it contains may not be transformed, distributed, sold, transmitted, publicly communicated, exploited, modified, altered, decompiled and/or transferred to third parties, in whole or in part, by any means or medium, unless expressly authorized in writing.
of the FICRT Foundation or, as the case may be, of the holder or holders of the corresponding rights.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the reproduction, by any means, of the contents of the Portal is permitted with the limitations indicated below:
(i) the User agrees to keep intact all intellectual property notices, expressly recognizing the FICRT Foundation as the legitimate owner of all industrial and intellectual property rights of the content reproduced. The above information must be expressly stated in the corresponding Legal Notice of the work in which any content of the Portal is reproduced or, if there is no Legal Notice, it shall be stated in a similar and prominent place in the work;
(ii) the User must cite the source;
(iii) the contents of the Portal may not be used for commercial purposes;
(iv) the content of the Portal may not be reproduced in works whose content is contrary to legal regulations, may be considered immoral or may undermine or damage the image of the FICRT Foundation;
(v) the content reproduced may not be altered or transformed or in any other way modified; and
(vi) no derivative work may be created or generated from the Portal and/or its content that may cause confusion as to the ownership of such work or the relationship of the owner thereof with the FICRT Foundation. The public may not be misled into believing that the FICRT Foundation endorses the work and/or the use of the content reproduced.

The content of the Portal may be downloaded to the User’s terminal, provided that it is for immediate private use or for reproduction in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph and with the limitations set out above. You can view the elements of the Portal and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of your computer or any other hardware provided it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use and provided it does not infringe any of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the FICRT Foundation. Additionally, the User shall refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed in the Portal.

5) Use of content
The user is free to copy, reproduce, distribute, and publicly communicate the work, as long as the original author is cited and acknowledged and the source where it was published (institution, publication, journal, etc.) is cited. No derivative works may be generated or used for commercial purposes. The licensee must comply with the requirement to acknowledge (must properly acknowledge authorship and source, as well as provide a link to the license; may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in a way that suggests that it has the licensor’s support or receives it for the use it makes) and share alike. It is important to take into consideration that the user will not have to comply with the license for those elements of the material in the public domain or when its use is permitted by the application of an exception or a limit, as well as that the license may not provide all the necessary permissions for the intended use; for example, other rights such as rights of publicity, privacy, or moral rights may limit the use of the material.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability Clause
The FICRT Foundation is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents; and/or lack of availability of the Portal; and/or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

Therefore, only the texts in the printed editions of the FICRT Foundation and the information given personally by the competent person in the legal and regulatory form established will be considered authentic. All this does not prevent the FICRT Foundation from acting with the utmost diligence in providing the most accurate, complete and updated information, in relation to official documents and information.

In connection with the above, the information, content and data of any kind contained in the Portal are carefully reviewed before publication. However, like any other intellectual creation that includes human and mechanical activity, it is not possible to guarantee that they are absolutely free of typos, typing errors, composition defects and equivalent problems, so the FICRT Foundation strongly recommends the User to be attentive to possible updates or corrections that the Portal incorporates, to confirm the data that may be of special interest through the channels of personal communication, telephone, fax and e-mail that are provided in these same pages and in no case make decisions based solely and exclusively on the information on the Portal.

The FICRT Foundation is not responsible for the opinions that may be expressed in the different permanent forums and in the occasional gatherings that are reflected in the contents of the Portal. In any case, it is the purpose of the FICRT Foundation to ensure the correct use of these mechanisms, with the utmost respect for the dignity of individuals and the freedom of expression protected by the Spanish Constitution, for which reason, among other things, it will cooperate, if required by court order or by the relevant authorities, in the identification of the persons responsible for those contents that violate the law.

The information, presentation and services offered by the Portal may be subject to periodic or occasional changes, which may be freely made by the FICRT Foundation without any obligation to inform users.

The FICRT Foundation does not guarantee absolute privacy in the use of the Portal, since the possibility that unauthorized third parties may have knowledge of it and the circumstances in which it is carried out should not be ruled out.

The FICRT Foundation accepts no responsibility for possible damage caused by computer viruses or other elements or programs harmful to the User’s equipment that may affect it, as a result of access, use or examination of the site, or produce alterations in its electronic documents or files, the absence of which is not guaranteed.

Likewise, the FICRT Foundation is not responsible for any possible security errors that may occur due to the use of computers infected with computer viruses. Nor is it responsible for the consequences that may arise from the malfunction of the browser or the use of non-updated versions of it.

The FICRT Foundation is released from any liability arising from the malfunction of the Portal or any of its services that has its origin in an accidental circumstance, force majeure, necessary maintenance work and / or any other cause not attributable to it.

The above list is merely enunciative and is in no case exclusive or excluding in any of its points. In all cases, the FICRT Foundation is released from any liability for damages of any nature arising directly or indirectly from the same and any other unspecified damages of similar characteristics.
