The Madrid headquarters of the FICRT Foundation was the setting for the signing, on February 22, of a collaboration agreement between the Foundation and the Catholic University of San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM). The agreement was signed by H.E. Ahmed Al Jarwan, president of the FICRT Foundation and the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, and the director of Institutional Relations of UCAM. Global Council for Tolerance and Peace and Egypt’s National Council for Human Rights sign Memorandum of Understanding
